The potential of moulded wood have through the years been an inspiration for designers all over the world - and this has not been without results. A wide range of the best-known furniture are based on this exact technique. Through nearly 50 years Kvist Industries A/S has worked with moulded wood technology. It demands considerable know-how, both in production but to an equal degree for manufacturing tools, as all tools are manufactured by our own capacities.

Kvist Industries A/S has built a large model workshop in Denmark, where a specific new models are developed in collaboration with our clients and architects.

We work in both beech and birch veneer, of course with all sorts of surfaces, i.e. oak /ash/, walnut /laminate/, paper etc.

Moulded items are used in the major part of design furniture, both old classics but also in new designs. Moulding  is not only used for furniture, we also supply to the speaker business as well as other kind of industry, i.e. for sorting systems.

Kvist Industries A/S  produces all kinds of moulding either as seats /backs/, shells /frame components, etc. Lately we often deliver a complete solution to our cooperation partners. I.e. a finished chair wrapped in sales package (developed together with the customer) ready for the onward distribution to our partners' customers.
