With the acquisition of Daqua last year, we expanded our production capabilities — particularly when it comes to crafting custom-sized solid wood tabletops. We can now offer tabletops in special dimensions, including impressive lengths of up to 4 meters. This upgrade enables us to support a broader range of projects.
Among others, we now specialize in solid wood panels constructed from high-quality wood lamellas that are glued together. This method ensures both strength and natural beauty, while allowing us to tailor the final product to exact customer requirements.
Custom Requests Welcome
Whether it’s an unusual size, a special type of wood, or a unique construction detail, we are ready to accommodate specific needs. Customers with special requests are encouraged to contact us directly — we’ll work together to find the best solution based on project goals, budget, and timeframe.
Make-or-Buy Approach Based on Volume
Depending on the nature of the product agreement and the required volume, we evaluate whether to produce the solid wood panels in-house or source them externally. For high-volume orders, we may purchase pre-glued solid wood boards from trusted suppliers and carry out further processing internally.
For smaller quantities or highly customized solutions, we manufacture the panels ourselves by gluing individual wood lamellas in our own production facilities. This gives us full control over quality, grain direction, and aesthetics — and ensures a tailored outcome for every project.
Greater Flexibility Through In-House Production
Our ability to produce solid wood panels in-house significantly increases our flexibility. As long as we have the required wood lamellas in stock, we can respond quickly to new inquiries and deliver custom tabletops with short lead times.
